Join us for our 3rd Annual Hola Mahalla Ride!

We’re excited to kick off our 2023 cycling season with our third annual Sikh Cycling Club Hola Mahalla Ride! This year, we’re riding to the first ever Hola Mahalla Nagar Kirtan at the newly constructed Bradshaw Gurdwara Sahib in Sacramento. Join us in this celebration of the Sikh warrior spirit!

Thanks to everyone who attended our second annual Hola Mohalla Ride on Sunday! It was a beautiful day that culminated in a festive finish at the Hola Mohalla celebration at the San Jose Gurdwara. Much gratitude to all of you for the festive spirit, to our volunteers who provided a rest stop with snacks and lots of positive energy, and to the Gurdwara who sent us off with tea, snacks, ardaas and a jakara!

Hola Mohalla is a Sikh festival started by Guru Gobind Singh, 10th Guru of the Sikhs, in the 18th century. He invited Sikhs to gather for military exercises and exhibitions of athletic prowess.
