Shaheedi Divas Ride – Lake Tahoe

This year marks five years of Sikh Cycling Club, and we want to celebrate that milestone together on the road.
Our Shaheedi Divas Ride will take us to Lake Tahoe to ride in America’s Most Beautiful Bike Ride, where we’ll join thousands of cyclists while representing Sikh identity and community on a larger stage.
In the spirit of seva, we’re also using this ride as an opportunity to raise funds for blood cancer patients. As a team, our goal is to raise $5,000.
Members are welcome to personally commit to raising funds, or simply participate in the ride. Either way, we would love everyone’s help in sharing the cause and supporting the team effort to do this seva.
Most importantly, this is about riding together and celebrating five years of Sikh Cycling Club.

Date: Sunday, June 7
Location: Lake Tahoe
Ride Options:
• 70 Mile Ride
• 100 Mile Ride
Both routes are beautiful rides around Lake Tahoe and an unforgettable experience. They follow the same route except that the 100-mile route has an additional segment to Truckee, CA and back.
How to Register
Please follow the steps below to register and join the Sikh Cycling Club team.
- Go to the team page: https://donate.sikhcyclingclub.com
- Towards the bottom right, click “Join a Team.”
- Create a new account or sign in.
- Choose your registration option:
- IMPACT – $100 registration fee + $500 fundraising commitment
- Ride-Only – $200 registration fee (we would appreciate your still helping us fundraise by spreading the word)
- When prompted to search for a team name, type “Sikh”
- Select Sikh Cycling Club and click “Select and Continue.”
- Complete the ride questions and sign the waiver.
- Pay the registration fee and you’re all set.
