Join Sikh Cycling Club this Saturday for a special edition ride honoring the principle of Miri Piri — the Sikh concept of balancing temporal strength (Miri) and spiritual depth (Piri).
Our new route starts at the El Sobrante Gurdwara, winds through the East Bay, crosses the Bay Bridge bike path into San Francisco, and loops around Treasure Island before returning. With scenic views, spirited company, and a coffee stop, this ride blends purpose with presence.
🛑 Mid-Ride Coffee Stop
We’ll be stopping at Roaming Bean Coffee, a cyclist-friendly cart at the Berkeley Marina, where the team has invited us to refuel with warm drinks and good vibes.
🔗 What to Expect:
- Start your morning with a moment of stillness at the Gurdwara
- Sip on handcrafted coffee with community riders
- Enjoy panoramic views as we cross the Bay Bridge
- Ride across Treasure Island with the San Francisco skyline as your backdrop
- Return energized and connected
Participants should be familiar with road cycling to join this ride. Bring water, your best energy, and an open heart.
