Sikh Cycling Club is gearing up for another incredible year, and we’re excited to unveil our 2025 ride schedule! This season, we ride with a deeper meaning under our powerful theme:
🚩 2025 Theme: “Nishan” – Ride with Identity & Unity
In the summer of 2024, the Akal Takht made official the colors to be used on the Sikh flag, the Nishan Sahib. Officially now surmai (blue) and basanti (yellow), we are celebrating this insignia representing the Sikh community. This year, we honor the Nishan Sahib—the eternal symbol of sovereignty, courage, and faith. Just as this flag stands tall outside every Gurdwara, representing our unity and resilience, we will carry that same spirit together on every road and trail we ride.
🔥 New Club Kit in Nishan Sahib Colors!
To celebrate this theme, we’re introducing a bold new Sikh Cycling Club kit inspired by the official colors of the Nishan Sahib—Basanti (yellow) and blue. Get ready to ride in style and represent with pride. Stay tuned for the official reveal!

As we approach the spring season, we once again heed the call from Guru Gobind Singh made hundreds of years ago for the first Hola Mahalla festival to challenge ourselves. Join us for a year of legendary rides, unforgettable camaraderie, and pure cycling passion. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or just getting started, there’s a place for you in the peloton. We’ll ride our favorite routes and introduce new ones! As every year, we start with Hola Mahalla this month!
📍 Mar 23 – Ride to the Hola Mahalla Nagar Kirtan in Sacramento, CA.
📍 Apr 20 – Ride to the Vaisakhi Nagar Kirtan in Stockton, CA.
📍 May 10 – Ride in honor of the Chali Mukte (40 Liberated Ones) from the beautiful new Gurdwara in Fairfield, CA.
📍 Jun 14 – Riding in honor of Shaheedi Divas in Fremont, CA.
📍 Jul 19 – Riding the celebrate the spirit of Miri Piri from the El Sobrante, CA Gurdwara to Treasure Island, in San Francisco, CA.
📍 Aug 16 – Riding in the spirit of Chardi Kala in San Jose, CA.
📍 Sep 13 – Returning to the Tour of Gurdwaras in Sacramento, CA.
📍 Oct 18 – Lighting up our legs for Diwali on Mt. Diablo in Danville, CA.
📍 Nov 1 – Finishing our season with the 100-mile Sikh Century to the Yuba City Nagar Kirtan in Yuba City, CA.
