Vaheguru Jee Ka Khalsa Vaheguru Jee Kee Fateh!

Join our fourth annual Vaisakhi Ride as we pedal to the Stockton, CA Vaisakhi Nagar Kirtan! We commemorate our biggest celebration on the Sikh calendar with a ride to the oldest Gurdwara in the United States!

On Sunday, April 14th, we’re riding from the Gurdwara Gur Nanak Prakash in Tracy to the Gurdwara Sahib Sikh Temple of Stockton for their Vaisakhi Nagar Kirtan and celebrations. We then return to Tracy. This is a 50-mile flat ride round trip route largely on rural roads. The Stockton Nagar Kirtan is scheduled for 12 PM and we will plan to arrive before the beginning of the procession. We will stay at the Gurdwara for no more than an hour and depending upon group preference.

Arrive by 9 AM at Gurdwara Gur Nanak Prakash in Tracy. We will assemble at the Nishan Sahib and depart at 9:30 AM. We will plan to arrive at Stockton Gurdwara around 11 AM. Addresses are below. PLEASE BE ON TIME.

The Stockton Gurdwara will serve as our only official rest stop, however there will be some services at points along the route. We will do our best to keep the group together but we may segment the group depending on pace. So, please ensure you are comfortable managing yourself on a ride of this length. Ensure you have the following:

Fully operational and maintained road bike.
Two bottles with electrolyte/energy solution.
Portable snacks (energy bars/gels/chews etc.)
Spare tube and C02/pump for inflation
Route on your GPS unit or printout.
